What Changed?

The Florida Department of Health is rolling out a unified Strategic Plan that eliminates the need for separate Workforce Development, Quality Improvement (QI), and PM plans. Tactical rollouts will begin in 2026—but CHIPs and CHNAs are still required, and existing strategic plans must be extended through 2025.
