What Changed?

The Florida Department of Health is rolling out a unified Strategic Plan that eliminates the need for separate Workforce Development, Quality Improvement (QI), and PM plans. Tactical rollouts will begin in 2026—but CHIPs and CHNAs are still required, and existing strategic plans must be extended through 2025.

A 12-month Strategic Plan Extension (including QI + Workforce objectives)
-
Custom Tactical Planning Session
-
Full CHNA and CHIP support (aligned with MAPP 2.0 and PHAB)
